Mrs. Edward Dykes died Friday morning at her home near Colfax of blood poisoning. She leaves a husband and three children. Mrs. Dykes was formerly Miss Stella Olinger and was quite well known here, having taught for a number of years in the township schools. She was the daughter of Dr. Olinger who died a number of years ago at his home near Browns Valley. Mrs. Dyke's mother, Mrs. Carrie Olinger and her daughter, Bessie, reside in this city, the latter being an employee of the Home Telephone Company. -- kbz
