- Marion Younce Durham died in Culver Hospital Monday night at 11:40 following an emergency operation for ruptured appendix. Funeral services were held at the Baptist Church in Crawfordsville yesterday afternoon. Burial iwas n Masonic Cemetery. Younce was the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Bell Durham and was born at Graysville, Aug 15, 1902. When he was a boy his parents moved to Waveland and lived here several years. After leaving school he went to work for the Finley Bakery in Crawfordsville. He married Miss Thelma Dye in 1924 who survives him with one daughter, Lizzie Ann. There are also two sisters, Mrs. Laura Ingram of Macomb, Ill and Mrs. Harold Bratton of New Ross. -- kbz
