Mrs. Mary J. Russell of Stadium Road has received a message
announcing the death of her brother, Thomas C. Dunbar, aged 80 years at his
home in Laerne (Laverne) Cal, May 14. He was a former resident of the White
Church neighborhood north of Darlington in Montgomery County until 1910. Surviving are his widow, who was
Mary A. Shriver; a daughter, Mrs. Bertha D. harper of LaVerne; son Albert A.
Dunbar of Pomona, Calif; two brothers, Frank E. of Claremont and Arthur L of
near Colfax; and sisters, Mrs. Nellie F. Evans, Frankfort; Mrs. Susie McBee,
Linden and Mrs. Mary J. Russel of West Lafayette. Funeral services and burial
took place at LaVerne. - kbz
