Dunbar, Alfred Porter - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Colfax - -Alfred P(orter) Dunbar, 73 who was born and brought up in Colfax, died at 2 a.m. Wednesday in Flushing Hospital, Flushing NY following a four-month illness after a heart attack.  He was a graduate of Colfax HS and Purdue University. He was a veteran of WWI.  He was an employee of the American Telephone and Telegraph Co, working in Chicago and in New York prior to retirement. In 1924 he married Gertrude Gery who survives.  In addition to the widow, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Mary Catherine Coe, Greenwich Village, NY.
