Waynetown, Ind., March 20—Thursday evening at six o’clock, George R. Duke, who lives a few miles southwest of here, dropped dead. He had just eaten a hearty meal and was boasting of his good health. The supposed cause of his death was heart disease. Mr. Duke was sixty years old and is a substantial farmer of Wayne Township. He has a host of friends who mourn his death with the deepest sorrow. Interment will take place Sunday morning at 10 o’clock in the Masonic Cemetery by undertaker Merrell.
