Kingman - Mrs. Edna Drake, 75, a former Kingman resident, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Arthur Urban, in East Detroit, Mich., Tuesday morning. She had lived there the past 10 years. She was born in Kentland Aug. 17, 1889. She married Edward Alvin Drake in 1909. He preceded her in death in 1949. She is survived by Mrs. Urban and another daughter, Mrs. Richard Bush of Kingman Rt 2; two sons, Leroy Drake of Long Beach, Miss., and Leslie Drake of Crown Point; one brother, Leslie Jones of Chicago; 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons and one half-sister. Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at the Woodrow Funeral Home in Kingman. Rev. Bernie Finch will officiate. Burial will be in Miller Cemetery near Lodi. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2-4 and from 7-9 Thursday.
