Mace, July 12 - George Washington Durbin of this city, died at the home of his daughter, Iva R. Durbin here Wednesday night (11th) following an attack of apoplexy. Mr. Durbin was born July 24, 1853 in Iowa the son of George and Eleanor Durbin. In addition to his daughter, here, Mr. Durbin is survived by another daughter, Sylvia Terry of Palo Alto, Calif and 4 sons, Arthur of Eldorado, Ks; William of Liberal, Ks; and Harry and LeRoy of Dayton, Ohio, 7 grandchildren and one great grandson also survive. Two daughters preceded him in death. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. - kbz
