Charles E. DRAPER, 72, father of Frank M. Draper of this city, died suddenly Friday afternoon at 3:45 at Indianapolis according to word received here. Death was due to a stroke of paralysis. Mr. Draper was president of the Airway heating company, of Lexington, KY at the time of his death. He had visited here on several occasions. He was a member of the Knights Templar, a 32nd degree Mason; a member of the Modern Woodman lodge & an Elk. The survivors include two sons, Frank M. Draper and Dr. SJ Draper of Oklahoma City; a daughter, Mrs. Carl South of Toledo, OH and a sister, Mrs. Lida B. Smith of Bedford. The funeral services for Mr. Draper will be held at the Utterback & Murphy Funeral Home here Monday afternoon at 2, Rev. John Ward, pastor of the 1st Methodist Church will have charge and burial will take place in Oak Hill Cemetery.  -- typed by kbz
