DOUGLAS, Mary Duncan - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Mrs. Mary (Molly) Douglas, 82, died at her home, 1008 E. Main St., at 11 a.m. Friday after an illness of nearly two years. Born Jan. 1, 1880, in Boone County, she was the daughter of David J. and Catherine Duncan. She was married Jan. 15, 1902, to William S. Douglas in Boone County. Mrs. Douglas belonged to the Nazarene Church. The survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Atta Lanham, at whose home she died; three brothers, Albert Duncan and William Duncan of Crawfordsville and Bailey Duncan of Monticello; two sisters, Mrs. Elsie Peck of Crawfordsville and Mrs. Goldie Culley of Greencastle, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Hunt & Son funeral Home, with Rev. Darrell Luther, pastor of the Nazarene Church, in charge. Burial will be in the Mt. Zion Cemetery east of New Ross. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Saturday.
