Russellville -- Albert G. Dooley, 84, of Russellville, died Wednesday evening in Culver Hospital at Crawfordsville after an illness of six months. He was born October 11, 1885, in Parke County, a son of Joseph and Ada Mayes Dooley. On March 7, 1950, he was married to Claudine Hall, who survives. He was a Parke County resident most of his life, and was employed by the Pennsylvania Railroad and also farmed until his retirement. Survivors include a brother, Purdy of Rockville; three sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Bruin of Montezuma, Mrs. Dolly Smelser, of Edwardsburg, Michigan, and Mrs. Lillian Hinkle of Logansport, and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Machledt-Servies Funeral Home at Waveland, with Rev. Grover DeNeal officiating. Burial will be in Bethany Cemetery at Marshall.
