Ella Donovan, a little girl about four years of age living near the old IB&W Depot was fatally burned last Tuesday afternoon. In the absence of her mother it is supposed she got to playing in the fire when her clothes caught from the flames. She was found by a passerby, her waist, breast and shoulders being badly burned. Drs. Taylor and Hoover did what they could to relieve the little sufferer but without avail as she died the next day. - kbz
