Funeral services for Roy A. Dockins, who was instantly killed when his automobile was struck by a Big Four freight train at Crawfordsville Thursday evening, were held at 2 o’clock Saturday afternoon at Crawfordsville. Burial was at Oak Hill cemetery. Luther Cook, of Catlin, severely cut, scratched and bruised in the accident. who went to his home after receiving treatment at Culver hospital Thursday night, returned to Crawfordsville Friday afternoon for further treatment by the attending physician. He later returned to his home again. The accident occurred as the two men were returning to a home at the south edge of Crawfordsville to which Dockins and his wife had moved the preceding day from near Roachdale. Dr. A. L. Loop, Montgomery county coroner, indicated Friday night he would return a verdict of accidental death by a fractured skull for Dockins. The body of the man bore few other marks than the single scalp wound which caused his death.- kbz
