VEEDERSBURG, Ind. (CNS) — Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Parham Funeral Home with the Rev. Glenn Ray officiating for James Weslie Dix, 32, who died yesterday (Nov. 30, 1967) from injuries received in an auto accident on U.S. 136 three miles east of Covington. Burial will be in Rockfield Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Saturday. Mr. Dix was born June 1, 1935, in Farmersburg, Ind., son of Gene and Gladys Love Dix. He married Sharon Roley on March 1, 1958. She survives. Also surviving are three sons, Wayne, Vern and Frankie; a daughter, Teresa, all at home; his mother, Mrs. Gladys Shepherd of Jasonville, Ind.; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Love of Jasonville; two brothers, Lester of Georgia and William of Chesterfield, Ind.; and a sister, Mrs. Jean Lutz of Hymera, Ind. He and his family had lived in Veedersburg four years. He had been employed the past three years at Olin Corp. --waw
