Hillsboro - Nov 29 - Clark Dinwiddie, a prominent young farmer residing NE of here died a this home Wednesday night about 8:30 o'clock following a few days' illness. The Dinwiddie family was stricken with influenza a short time ago and Mr. Dinwiddie's case developed into pneumonia which caused his death. Mrs. Dinwiddie has recovered sufficiently to sit up but the younger son is reported to be in a serious condition suffering from pneumonia. Clark Dinwiddie was about 32 years of age, son of Walter and Rosa Dinwiddie, and was born and reared near near Newtown. He was united in marriage to Miss Hattie Shultz, who, with her two small sons, George alter and Clark Hatton are left to mourn the death of a loving husband and father. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Lee Dinwiddie. He is survived by two brothers, Fred and Ray Dinwiddie, both of whom reside near Newtown. Mr. Dinwiddie and family resided in this community for several years and both he and his wife were active workers in the local M.E. Church. - typed by kbz
