Mrs. Elizabeth Nancy Dennewitz, 91, of Saratoga, Calif., died Wednesday at Saratoga. She was a former resident of this city and was a member of the Crawfordsville Church of Christ. She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Elise Thorp of Mariemont, Ohio; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, John, and a son, John Jr. Graveside rites will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday in Oak Hill Cemetery with Gene Warman officiating. – jlr Source: Obituary from a collection of Fauniel Hershbarger, a life-long Fountain County Indiana resident In the obituary for Elizabeth Dennewitz which appeared in Friday’s Journal-Review, a deceased son was incorrectly listed as John Jr. His name was Howard. – jlr
