Juel Alvin Delp, 68, died at 5 a.m. Tuesday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ruby Philpott, following an illness of 4 years. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Union Church near Wallace. Masonic riters were conducted and burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Attica with the Fishero Funeral Home, Veedersburg in charge. Mr. Delp was born August 15, 1880 in Parke County and was the son of Martin and Mary Louisa Starnes Delp. He married in 1902 to Minnie L. Dotson, who survives. They lived 15 years in Attica where he was employed by the Harrison Steel Castings Corp and farmed the rest of his life. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge. Juel A. DELP, 67, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ruby Philpot near Kingman, Thursday morning at 4:40 o'clock after an extended illness. The funeral was conducted Thursday afternoon at one o'clock in Old Union Church, south of Wallace and burial was at Attica. Mr. Delp was the father of Mrs. Mike Grimes of this place. - kbz
