Covington, Dec. 1 -- Mrs. Mima DeHaven, widow of John R Dehaven, died at the age of 60 years at her home here Monday evening at 6:30 o'clock, after an illness of several months. She was one of a family of 9 and the daughter of John Willis and Amelia BOOE Willis. She was born near Alamo Feb 7, 1866. She was a member of the Christian Church & Willing Workers Society of Covington and the CC Sewing Club. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. M.C. Grady of Clinton, Ind; and Mrs. Clifford Stevenson of near Pence; 3 grandchildren, Mrs. Boyd E. Phelps of Sheboygan, Mich; Joseph W. Grady of Williamsport and Miss Lucille Stevenson of Danville, Ill and two great grandchildren, Virginia Phelps and J. Edwin Grady. A brother, Charles Willis of Danville, Ill and 3 sisters, Mrs. Daniel Foxworthy and Mrs. William Lyon of Hillsboro and Amelia Willis of Covington. Funeral services will be held at the home in Covington Wedmesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in charge of Rev. OW McGaughey, pastor of the Christian Church. Interment will be made at Mt. Hope Cemetery, near here. - kbz
