Waynetown, Aug 22 - Mrs. Jennie Deere, 68 years old, a native of the Alamo neighborhood, died Friday evening at her home in Lansing, Mich. She was the daughter of William and Sarah Brown Bowerman.
Surviving are the husband, Claude Deere, the mother, who resides near Waynetown, three sisters, Mrs. Guy Little of Waynetown, Mrs. Clarence Reed of Lansing, Mich and Mrs. Elizabeth Worth of Brooklyn, NY and three brothers, Charles Bowerman of LaPorte; Clifford Bowerman of Lafayette and Lonnie Bowerman of Cape Girardeau, Mo.
The body will arrive in Crawfordsville at 12:52 am. Tuesday morning and will be taken to the Grenard Funeral Home in Wayhnetown where private rites will be held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon with burial at the Waynetown Masonic Cemetery - kbz
