George W. DEER (sic) who has been seriously ill for a long time died at home in Crawfordsville on Wednesday evening at 5 o'clock. Funeral services from the Baptist Church in that city will be at 2:30 on Friday afternoon. Burial at Oak Hill. He was the son of Joel G. and Mary McGREGG Deerand was born near Bluff Mills Oct 10, 1868. He married ida LITSEY who survives, August 23, 1893. There are 4 children: Mrs. Kenenth Hobart; Paul U. Deer; Mrs. Charles Yelton and Mrs. Carrol Beeson and 9 grandchildren. kbz
