Move to Martinsville - The many friends of Mr. and Mrs. Garnett Deere will read with interest the following item from the Warren Tribune: "G.L. Deere who has been employed for several years at the Henry King Breeding Barn has resigned his position to accept a similar one with the Gossard Co. at Martinsville. He and Mrs. Deere have shipped their household goods to Martinsville and after a short visit with relatives at Milligan, they will go to their new home. Ever since coming to Warren Mr. and Mrs. Deer (sic) have been active members of the Baptist Church and as a token of the appreciation of their services the members of the church presented them with a fine bible last Sunday." - kbz
