Ladoga, April 15 -- Funeral services for William I. DAVIS were held from the Christian Church Thursday afternoon at 2:30, Rev. SG Smith had charge of the services. A quartette composed of Miss Christ Robbins, Mrs. Lee Brookshire, Mary Shackelford and Rev. SG Smith sang Rock of Ages, The Old Rugged Cross and Jesus Savior Pilot Me. Pall bearers were WS Culp. Mark Shackelford; Ralph Strickler; William Lee; Paul Terry and Charles Oliver. Burial in Ladoga Cemetery. - transcribed by kbz
