William J. Davis, age 68, a lifelong resident of this place (Ladoga) died suddenly last night about 12:20 o'clock from an attack of heart trouble. He was at his work much as usual all day on Thursday and he was only sick a very short while until death came. The deceased was marr. to Eliza BANGORDER who preceded him in death 4 years and 20 days. He was marrirf a second time to Nellie RICE who survives him. He is also survived by one daughter, Mrs. Marcellus GRAVES, one stepdaughter preceded him in death just two weeks ago, Mrs. Anna TEENER of Iowa and Mrs. Frank Mount of near Ladoga, are two surviving sisters, and he is also survived by 3 brothers, George of Mo; John of Crawfordsville and James of Ladoga. The dec. was a member of the Methodist Church. The funeral service will be held on Sat. afternoon at the home with the Rev. John Northcutt in charge. Burial will be made at the Ladoga Cemetery - thanks to Janeen P
