Dorotha Eileen “Cissy” Davis, 31, of Carmel, died Thursday in the Methodist Hospital at Indianapolis. She was a member of the Lakeview Christian Center, a graduate of Crawfordsville High School in 1963 and Butler University in 1967. Born March 27, 1945, she was a daughter of Herbert and Frances Deer Esra of Crawfordsville. She was married to Jeffery Davis on June 25, 1967, at Crawfordsville. Survivors are her husband; her mother; a son, Matthew at home; a daughter, Paige at home; and three brothers, Tom of Gas City, Jerry of Burbank, Calif. and Michael of Fresno, Calif. She was preceded in death by her father. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Hunt and Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Thomas Paino officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. Friday. Donations may be made to the Cancer Society.-jr
