Hillsboro, Aug 27 -- Delbert S. DAVIDSON, 64, lifelong resident of Fountain County died at 1 o'clock this afternoon at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Nellie EITNIER in Hillsboro. Death was caused by complications. Although he had been in failing health for the past two years, he had been seriously ill only 10 days. The deceased, a retired farmer was born on a farm near Stone Bluff Aug 31, 1869, the son of John and Mary Jane Keller Davidson. He married Tillie Gardner, who died in April 1931. Mr. Davidson was a member of the Hillsboro Christian Church and the Knights of Pythias Fraternal order. He formerly lived on a farm about two miles NE of this place. Surviiving, besides the daughter with whom he lived are a son, Donald Davidson of Lafayette; two brothers, Otto Davidson of near Darlington and Elwood Davidson of Hillsboro and 4 grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o'clock Wed afternoon at the Christian Church here in charge of the Rev. OW McGaughey of Veedersburg. Burial will be made in Rosehill Cemetery. = kbz
