The body of Mrs. Charles Davidge, who died last Wednesday night at her home in Washington DC arrived in this city yesterday afternoon and was taken to Crawfordsville where the burial will take place at 4 o'clock this afternoon. Mrs. Davidge was Miss Elizabeth Sloan and before her marriage lived in Crawfordsville. Mr. Davidge is a retired banker and known in Indianapolis. He is a brother of Mrs. John C. New of this city. Mr. Davidge was for a number of years connected with the US Treasury Department at Washington. Before his retirement he was vice president of one of the national banks of that city.
