Waynetown, Aug 29 - Miss Anna Elizabeth Darnell, 69, died at her home here Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock following a serious illness of four weeks. The deceased was born near Crawfordsville, Feb 3, 1864 the daughter of Henry W. and Mary F. Randolph Darnell. When she was 2 years of age the family moved to Waynetown. Miss Darnell taught school 18 years and was a member of the Waynetown OES. Surviving are 3 sisters, Mrs. Lottie Zuck of Waynetown; Miss Lota Darnell and Mrs. W.R. Thomas of Clearwater, FL; 3 brothers, HC, Fred and Claude all of Waynetown. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home with burial in the Masonic Cemetery. Services at the grave will be in charge of the Order of Eastern Star. kbz
