Kenneth H. Curl, 61, died at 9:42 p.m. Tuesday, March 18 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville. He was born in June 28, 1929 in Gibson County and resided in rural Owensville. Curl was a farmer. He was a member of the Maumee General Baptist Church. Preceding in death were is parents, Griff and Mary (Grubb) Curl. Surviving are his wife of 43 years, Maxine (Farrar) Curl, Owensville; three sons, Allen, Lynn and John J. Curl, all of Owensville; two daughters, Connie Curl of Princeton and Jenny Schmuck of Evansville; a brother, Encil Curl of Waynetown, Ind; two sisters, Lillian Garrett of Salem Ore and Jean Curl of Kansas City, Kan; and 9 grandchildren and a great grandchild. Funeral services will be at 10:30 Friday at the Maumee General Baptist Church with the Rev. Ken Nelson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at Holders Funeral Home, 319 S. Main St, Owensville from 4-9 p.m. today and 9 am until the funeral hour at the church on Friday.
