SARASOTA, Fla. — Forest Crutchfield, a former resident of Waveland, died Wednesday morning in Sarasota (Fla.) Memorial Hospital. Services and burial for Mr. Crutchfield were in Sarasota.   --waw

Forest Rice Crutchfield, 59, 1346 Loma Linda Court, Sarasota, died Wednesday at Sarasota Memorial Hospital.  Born in Waveland, Ind he moved here 18 years ago from there.  He was associated with the maintenance department of the Sarasota County School System before reiring.  He was a member of the First Christian Church of Sarasota, the Waveland Masonic Lodge 306 F&AM and United Commercial Travelers.  He leaves a daughter, Mrs. Peggy Ann Libby of Orlando, a sister, Mrs. Shirley Mehleck of Highland, Ind and a granddaughter. The funeral services will be today at 2 p.m. at Toale Brothers Colonial Chapel with Rev. Bernard C. Meece officiating.  Burial will be in Palms Memorial Park.
