Wingate, July 29 - Cecil Ray Crane, 26, died at St. Joseph's Hospital in Lexington, Ky Thursday morning at 8:15 o'clock according to word received here. His death caused by complications followed an illness of three weeks. He was born in Warren County July 11, 1901, the son of Fred and Susie Crane. He graduated from Wingate HS and attended State Normal at Terre Haute. Mr. Crane was a member of Starlight Lodge K or P of Wingate. He was taken ill in Lexington while with the Redpath Chautauqua company by whom he had been employed for the past 5 years. The body was brought from Lexington to Crawfordsville arriving - typed by kbz
