Alvin W. Cruea, well known Waynetown resident passed away at his home this morning at three a.m. following a three year's illness. Mr. Cruea born April 4, 1889 was the son of Ellis and Ella Davis Cruea. His place was in the Robert's Chapel neighborhood. He was united in marriage to Maude R. Stout, December 30, 1916. The deceased was a member of the Liberty Christian church and except for five years spent in Jersey City, NJ had been a resident of Montgomery Co. Those surviving are his wife, two daughters, Eleanor, age 10, and Mardell, age 5, three brothers, George of Hammond; John of Crawfordsville; and Guy of Philadelphia and three sisters; Mrs. Florence Fouts, Mrs. Josie Holman and Mrs. Opal Lewellen, all of Waynetown. The funeral services will be held at the Waynetown Christian church Wednesday afternoon at one thirty with the burial in the Waynetown Masonic cemetery.
