Mrs. Margaret Louisa Cox, 75, formerly of 1610 E. Main St., died Sunday afternoon. She was born November 4, 1883, in Benton County, a daughter of Foster A. and Mary C. Smith Fletcher. She married John W. Cox, Nov. 21, 1905, in Crawfordsville. Mr. Cox, a farmer, died in 1953. Mrs. Cox was a member of the Baptist Church. Surviving are a son, Marvin of Crawfordsville; three daughters, Mrs. Elsie Chadwick of Ladoga, Mrs. L. R. Robertson of Indianapolis and Mrs. Betty Mauck of Danville, Ill.; two brothers, Russel R. Fletcher of Indianapolis and Walter of Shannondale; two sisters, Mrs. Emory Luce of Crawfordsville and Mrs. Ralph Todd of Linden; four grandchildren, Monte Chadwick of Ladoga, Robert D. Cox of Crawfordsville, Mrs. Edward Flowers of Sandwich, Mass., and Miss Elaine Cox of Crawfordsville; and a great-grandson, Blaine Chadwick of Ladoga. She was preceded in death by three brothers, five sisters and two grandsons. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Bright Funeral Home with Rev. John Servies officiating. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Monday. - kbz
