Funeral services were held Monday morning at 11 o'clock at the Thompson funeral home in Brookston for Douglas Oliver Cosby, 63, of Brookston, who was burned fatally Friday when his clothing caught fire while he was cleaning out a furnace at a Brookston manufacturing plant. Rev. Charles Kern officiated and the body was taken to Freedom cemetery near Waveland for burial.
