Friends may call from 1 to 4 p.m. Tuesday at Bright Funeral Home, where the body of Marine Cpl. John J Corwin II, died in Vietnam, is being brought. The body will be taken later to Day and Carter Funeral home at Bedford, where funeral arrangements are incomplete. His wife is the former Judy Hill of that city. Cpl. Corwin attended Crawfordville High School and had been in the Marine Corps since late 1967. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. John J. Corwin Sr. of Rt 5. Two weeks ago today, he was reported to have stepped on a land mine while serving in Vietnam. tch
