Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie Arthur Cortelyou, 92, who was a resident of Pasadena and Los Angeles for 40 years will be conducted at graveside in Mountain View Cemetery, Pasadena at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. Mrs. Cortelyou was born in Crawfordsville, Indiana in 1866 and came to Pasadena as the bride of William Edwin Arthur in 1888. She was a member of the Ebell Club of Los Angeles for many years. For the past 16 years she had lived in Woodland. She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Ralph P. Lyon of Woodland; a granddaughter, Mrs. Robert H. Brinsmead of Reno; a grandson, William Arthur Brinsmead, and five step children: George S. Cortelyou of Pasadena; Edwin S. Cortelyou of Phoenix; Mrs. Nell C. Johnson of Twenty-nine Palms; Mildred C. Kupfer and Ollieraye C. Greene both of Los Angeles. Ives & Warren Mortuary is in charge of services.
