Charles Corey, who resided in this city several years ago, died at his home in Chicago Friday. The body was brought to this city at noon today and short funeral services were in charge of Rev. W.H. Fertich, pastor of the Trinity M.E. church. Members of the G.A.R. of which the deceased was a member acted as pallbearers. Mr. Corey was about 75 years of age. He was the father of Joseph Corey who was for many years a barber in this city. The deceased was a member of Company H, 19th U.S.A. infantry. – Kim H
