Dr. Floyd E. Cording, a practicing dentist of Lafayette, committed suicide last Friday evening in a lonely spot on the Wabash River by taking cocaine crystals. The body lay exposed to the sun until Tuesday morning when it was discovered by a passerby. Remorse and financial worry are stated reasons. He was the son of Wm. Cording, a well known resident of Jackson township and was born and reared north of Wingate.
