Cooper - Sylvester

Sylvester Cooper, one of the pioneers of Ripley Township, died on Tuesday, January 28. Mr. Cooper was a good citizen, reared a large family of reputable children, and was almost universally beloved and respected. Mrs. Cooper, the widow, is lying dangerously ill and is not expected to recover. -s
