Miss Olive Cox:, wife of Irvin Cox, died at 7 o'clock this morning at their home on south Grant avenue, of tuberculosis, after an illness covering a period of several months.
Olive Coons was the youngest child of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey P. Coons, her mother preceding her in death. She was married to Irvin Cox and to this union were born five `children, Ruby, Harry, Violet, Bernice and Carl. Until a few week ago they resided on a farm five miles northwest of the city but when her health became so impaired that she was unable to look after the work of her home, they removed to this city.
Besides her husband and children Mrs. Cox leaves three brothers and two sisters, Harry Coons of Chicago, W. S. Coons of Louisville, Ky., Herman Coons of Monmouth, III., Mrs. Walter R. Cruce of this city and Mrs. J. F. Royer of Bellefontaine, Ohio.
The body was removed to the home of Mrs. Walter R. Cruce, 516 South Walnut street this afternoon where the funeral will be held. No definite arrangements have made for the services as yet. -- thanks to Phil Coons for not only this Coons related obituary but most of the Coons obits we have :)
