James Cook, for many years one of the most prominent citizens of Coal Creek Township, died at his home near New Richmond yesterday. The deceased was 75 years of age and has for 65 years been a resident of this county. The funeral services took place from the Christian Church at New Richmond this afternoon at half past two o’clock, the Rev. J. P. Ewing, of Frankfort, officiating.
