Cochran - Diana Moorehouse - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Mrs. John Harvey Cochran died Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock at her home eight miles north of the city. The funeral occurred Thursday morning at 10 o’clock conducted by the Rev. Mr. Dudley.  Diana Moorehouse was born in Baltimore, Md., in 1823 and had been a resident of Montgomery County for over ten years. Fifty years ago she married J. H. Cochran, who with three children, L. W. Cochran, John Cochran and Mrs. Sylvester Morris survives her. Two of her children are dead. Mrs. Cochran was an estimable lady and her active life was one of usefulness and profit in the community in which she lived. -s
