Mrs. Samantha J. Coons, wife of Albert L. Coons, of Waynetown, died Sunday at 2 o’clock, after a severe illness of several months. The funeral services were conducted Tuesday at 2 o’clock at the family residence. Samantha J. Sloan was born in 1844. She was married to Albert L. Coons Sept. 17, 1893. At the age of 18 Mrs. Coons became a member of the Christian church and has lived a consistent Christian life. Mrs. Semantha J. Coons, wife of Albert L. Coons, of Waynetown, died Sunday at 2 o’clock, after a severe illness of several months. The funeral services were conducted Tuesday at 2 o’clock at the family residence. Semanta J. Sloan was born in 1844. She was married to Albert L. Coons Sept. 17, 1874, and to them was born one child, Grace Lillian, who died June 26, 1893. At the age of 18 Mrs. Coons became a member of the Christian Church and has lived a consistent Christian life. The husband has the sympathy of a large circle of friends in his sad bereavement.
