Mrs. Laura B. Coons, 66, died at her home, 508 Curtis street, Saturday morning at 10 o’clock. Death followed an illness of several months. The deceased was born in Montgomery county on August 6, 1864, the daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth Clark. She was united in marriage on March 24, 1888, to John R. Coons. Mrs. Coons was a member of the Baptist church. The survivors are the husband, John R. Coons; two sons, Omer B. Coons and Elmer J. Coons, and four brothers and a sister. The funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 3 o’clock at the residence on Curtis street.
