Frank Cooley, owner of a little restaurant on North Green Street died of heart disease and an accumulation of ailments on Tuesday at his rooms over the Woodward Carriage establishment. He leaves a wife but no children. He was a character well known in the city. Being energetic and unusually shrewd, he prospered no matter in what business he was engaged - transcribed by kbz

Frank Cooley, who kept the restaurant on this side of Watson's carriage shop, died on Tuesday morning with heart disease, after an illness of 9 weeks.
