John Cook died at the home of his father, Henry Cook on May 30th, aged 44 years, after months of intense suffering of the dreaded disease consumption. The deceased leaves two daughters, a father (his mother preceded him a few months ago) three sisters, six brothers, and a host of friends to mourn their loss. We extent our sympathy to the bereaved. - kbz

John Quincy Cook, son of Henry and Nancy Cook was born April 25, 1855 in Clermont County, Ohio died May 30, 1902 aged 44 years 1 month 5 days. He was united in marriage to Martha Jane Wrightsman Sept 8, 1880. To them were born 3 children. The first born died in infancy and Elenor May and Grace Viola survive. Martha, his wife, died Feb 22, 1895. John was an obedient son, an affectionate and loving father respected by all who knew him. The two orphan girls have the sympathy of all in this their great bereavement - kbz
