Pearl Clore, the 16 year old son of Erasmus Clore, accidentally shot and killed himself while hunting near Wallace, Saturday. The remains were interred at the Waveland Cemetery Monday. -s

A sad accident occurred near Waveland some days ago which cost the life of Perley Clore, the 14-year-old son of Erastus Clore. The lad was out hunting with several companions and was standing on top of a rail fence waiting for them to chase the game out of a brush heap when the rail broke. In the fall the shot gung was discharged the contents entering his right side and ranging upwards, causing almost instant death. Mr. and Mrs. Johnson Clore of this city attended the funeral service which were held in Waveland.
