YOUNTSVILLE — Glenn Clough, 82, of Rt. 3, Crawfordsville, died Thursday evening in his home near Yountsville. He had been a farmer and had done painting and decorating of homes. Mr. Clough had lived in the Yountsville area for the past 55 years. He was a veteran of World War I, served in France and was awarded the Purple Heart. He was a member of Disabled American Veterans, on Sept. 15 he would have been a 50-year member of the Alamo Masonic Lodge 144, and had attended Crawfordsville High School. Born July 19, 1893, in the Elmdale Community, he was a son of Tipton and Amanda Swank Clough. He was married to Montoma M. Sink on Dec. 31, 1917. She died in September 1973. Surviving are a son, Robert of Yountsville; a daughter, Mrs. Max (LaVerna) Tucker of Crawfordsville; a granddaughter, Mrs. James (Shelia) Sarver of Crawfordsville; a nephew, Gould Clough of Crawfordsville; and three great-grandchildren. Three brothers, Gould, Garland and Gilbert, are deceased. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Thomas Funeral Home at Waynetown with the Rev. George Beatty officiating. Burial will be in Crawfordsville Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Sunday.--waw
