Hillsboro - Phoebe Bever Clodfelter, Hillsboro native, died early Friday morning at her home in Oklahoma City, OK. She left Fountain County in 1930. She was the daughter of Levi and Elizabeth Harding Bever and in 1907 was married to Guy Clodfelter. Mrs. Clodfelter was a member of the Central Christian Church in OK City. Surviving are two sons, Frank of Indianapolis and Guy of Crown Point; two sisters, Mrs. Ellen Neal of Crawfordsville and Mrs. Mary J. Bounnell of Houston, TX; six grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. A son, John was killed in WWII. The body will be brought to the Crumley-Williams Funeral Home in Hillsboro where friends may call Tuesday afternoon. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday with Rev. M.C. Maietta of Crown Point Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial in Rock Field (sic) Cemetery.

Surviving are two sons, Frank of Indianapolis and Guy, Jr. of Crown Point; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Jane Bonnell, Mrs. Ellen Neal; 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Crumley Williams Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Rev. M.C. Maietta of Crown Point officiating. Burial will be in Rockfield Cemetery near Veedersburg, Ind. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Tuesday.
