Ladoga - The funeral of Lucia May Cheshire, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Muriett Cheshire of Indianapolis was held Saturday afternoon at the home of William Nicholson Washington St. Rev. SG Smith of the Christian Church had charge of the service. Jewels and Safe in the Arms of Jesus were sung by Misses Ruth William and Carrie Robbins. Martha and Caroline Gill and Julia Esther Heighway were the flower bearers. Those from out of town attending the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Alexander and son Orville; Reese Nicholson and Charles Merchant of Indianapolis; Mr. and Mrs. Ballard of Russellville; Mrs. Harve Ballard of Portland Mills; Mrs. AC Bailey of Chicago and Mrs. and Mrs. Eunice Cheshire of Bainbridge. Burial in Ladoga Cemetery. – kbz
