Hobert D. CHENAULT, general manager of the Johnson Manufacturing Company's plant in Crawfordsville died suddenly at 12:30 o'clock Tuesday morning of last week. He had apparently been in his usual good health and his going was a shock to his family and friends. He was born near Waveland the son of Myer and Ellen Chenault. Mr. and Mrs. Chenault came to Crawfordsville to reside a number of years ago. He was a member of Waveland Lodge No. 300 F&AM. Survivors include the widow; a son, Robert Chenault of Hollywood, California; one daughter, Miss Jacqueline Chenault, who is in Besemer, Alabama; A sister, Mrs. Etta Evans in the Methodist Home at Warren, Indiana and a cousin, Miss Ada Fraley of Petersburg, Florida. Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 Thursday in Bright Funeral Home. Burial in Maple Ridge. - kbz
