Mrs. Julia Ann, wife of the late John Carter of this city died July 4tth h after a protracted painful illness. The deceased was born in Fleming County, KY on the 11th of December, 1814. Hermaiden name was Millikin. She was married to John Carter on the 1st day of January 1837. Her husband preceded her to the spirit land just 11 months; having died on the 4th of August last.
